The Liberty Concert Series is a monthly fundraising event presented by Recreational Music Center (RMC) to benefit Music4Change™, a program designed to transform and enrich lives through music in non-traditional, underserved venues across San Diego County.  RMC is a non-profit community music school serving all ages that combines its strong background in music education with the success of its community outreach programs.
